Booking Policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
In short
- ✔ Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your slot — refunded as booking credit.
- ✘ Cancellations inside 24 hours and no-shows are charged in full.
- 🌧 If we close a court (weather, maintenance), you get full credit.
- ⏱ Arrive on time — the court is yours only for the booked slot.
1. Scope
These terms apply to every court booking at a Padel Island Armenia LLC location in the Republic of Armenia, whether made online at booking.padelisland.am, by phone or at the reception. By making a booking you accept these terms.
2. Making a Booking
Courts are booked in slots of 60 or 90 minutes, depending on the location. A booking is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation from the booking system; until then the slot may still be taken by someone else.
The person who makes the booking is responsible for it, including for the conduct of the other players on the court and for payment of the full court fee regardless of how many players show up.
You may book up to 14 days in advance. We may limit the number of open bookings per player to keep courts available to everyone.
3. Payment
Court fees are shown at the time of booking in local currency and include all taxes. Depending on the location, payment is taken online at the time of booking or at reception before you go on court. A booking that is not paid when required may be released.
Prices may differ by time of day, day of the week and location. The price shown when you confirm the booking is the price you pay.
4. Cancellation (24-Hour Rule)
More than 24 hours before the start time: you can cancel free of charge. Any amount already paid is returned as credit on your booking account, which you can use for any future booking at any of our locations. If you would rather have the money back on your original payment method, email us within 14 days of the cancellation and we will arrange it.
Less than 24 hours before the start time: the booking is non-refundable and the full court fee is charged. This is because a slot released at short notice is very unlikely to be re-booked.
Cancellations must be made through the booking system, where the time of cancellation is recorded. If you are unable to do so, contact us by phone or email before the deadline.
If a slot you cancelled late is subsequently re-booked and paid for by someone else, we will return your fee as credit as a goodwill gesture.
5. Changing a Booking
You can move a booking to another available slot free of charge up to 24 hours before the original start time. Changes inside 24 hours are treated as a late cancellation plus a new booking.
6. No-Shows and Late Arrival
If you do not turn up and have not cancelled, the full court fee is charged. Repeated no-shows may lead to a requirement to prepay all future bookings or to a temporary suspension of your booking account.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your slot. Your booking ends at the scheduled time whether or not you started late, so that the next players are not delayed. If nobody from your group has arrived 15 minutes after the start time, we may treat the booking as a no-show and release the court.
7. Weather, Maintenance and Closures
Our outdoor courts are playable in light rain, and play normally continues. If we close a court — because of heavy rain, wind, snow, ice, flooding, a power cut, maintenance, a private event or any other reason on our side — your booking is cancelled and the full amount is returned as booking credit, or refunded on request.
Whether a court is safe to play on is decided by our staff at the venue. A booking you cancel yourself because of the weather forecast follows the normal 24-hour rule. If play is stopped by our staff after it has started, we credit the unplayed part of the slot in 30-minute steps.
Where a location has covered or indoor courts, we will offer to move your booking there first if one is free.
8. On the Court
- Padel or tennis shoes with non-marking soles are required. Running shoes, football boots and black-soled shoes are not allowed.
- Leave the court on time and as you found it: take your balls, bottles and rubbish with you.
- No glass, food, smoking or vaping on the courts. Alcohol is not permitted on court.
- Respect other players, staff and the equipment. Abusive behaviour, damage to courts, nets or glass walls, or ignoring staff instructions may result in removal from the venue without refund and in a ban from future bookings. Deliberate or negligent damage will be charged at repair cost.
- Rackets and balls can be rented or bought at reception at most locations, subject to availability.
- Coaching on our courts is provided only by Padel Island coaches or coaches we have approved in writing.
9. Your Safety and Belongings
Padel is a physical sport. You play at your own risk and are responsible for making sure you are fit to play. We maintain the courts to a high standard but cannot accept liability for injury except where caused by our negligence. Please report any defect on a court to staff immediately.
We are not responsible for personal belongings left anywhere at the venue, including in lockers and changing rooms.
10. Bookings by Padel Island
In rare cases we may need to cancel or move a confirmed booking ourselves — for example for a tournament, an urgent repair or a safety issue. We will tell you as early as we can, offer an alternative slot and, if none suits you, return the full amount as credit or refund.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you make a booking applies to that booking. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
